"Dairy and I don't always mix well, so when dairy-free milk alternatives emerged a few years ago, I was elated to try them all. In my honest opinion, I don't think some milk alternatives taste all that great. Oat milk is my personal favorite, but I'm still always interested in experimenting with other brands, and was so intrigued when I saw pistachio milk. Pistachios are one of my favorite nuts, so I knew this had to be good, and I was right. The flavor is very subtle but still creamy enough to where it doesn't feel like you just added water to your coffee.
