"Like many people working from home right now, I've become pretty picky about what I want in my loungewear. I particularly like Abercrombie's weekend-themed 96 Hours Collection, which is the perfect mix of being comfy enough to wear when you're inside 90 percent of the time, and cute enough to feel like you've put together an outfit for the day. Some of their sweats even come in long and short sizes, which is a relief since most sweats end up being pretty cropped on my 5'9" frame."—Kate Geraghty, editorial director

"I'm also a huge fan of the Abercrombie 96 Hours Collection. Their Cloud Joggers might be the best pair of sweatpants I've ever owned. Everything I've tried from the line is super comfortable but also looks trendy, so I can trick people into thinking I'm making a conscious style choice when in reality I just want to wear my pajamas all day."—Karli Bendlin, email editor

Madewell MWL Ribbed Funnelneck Sweatshirt

"I love Madewell for their cute and comfy clothes, and as it turns out, they make great loungewear too. Their new MWL line (Make Weekends Longer, that is) is full of easy-to-wear sets and separates. My current favorite is this ribbed sweatshirt and corresponding wide leg sweatpants—it makes you looks totally put together yet totally comfy. Absolute dream scenario."—Caroline Utz, editor

"For me, anything that's made to lounge in also needs to hold up if I decide to break a quick sweat. I'm partial to Vuori's line of sweats, especially the performance joggers. They are silky smooth when you pull them on, and stay that way after frequent washes. Plus, the cropped leg means that those of us who aren't blessed with the gift of height won't have to roll the bottoms."—Meg Lappe, senior commerce editor

Everlane The ReNew Fleece Raglan Sweatshirt

"Usually I think of denim when I think of Everlane, but after purchasing a fleece from their ReNew collection I realized they do loungewear super well, too! This fleece is chic enough to wear on Zoom calls but cozy enough to get me through those chilly winter days spent inside. I've practically lived in mine this year and I am highly considering getting it in other colors." — Emma Glubiak, social media editor

"I'm not usually a fan of hoodies, but my grandma gave me this sherpa hoodie for Christmas and changed my life forever. It's made of super cozy recycled polyester fleece and feels exactly like wearing a blanket, especially when you have the hood up (which I do when I want to feel extra toasty). Not only is it great for lounging, but it's the perfect thing to wear on winter walks. Thanks, Grandma!"—Nicole Lund, commerce editor

"The perfect loungewear, in my opinion, should be comfortable, super soft, and washable, which is why I have always turned to Lou & Grey for my sweats. Their signature “softblend” fabric is the coziest (and softest) fabric I have ever worn, and it holds up well after constant use. All of their sweatpants have slash pockets and elasticized waists, and their sweatshirts are perfect for layering. Whether you’re looking for a classic pair of gray sweatpants or an oversized pullover with lots of color, Lou & Grey has plenty to choose from!"—Katherine Louie, senior commerce editor

"To say I've been living in Aerie's loungewear recently is an understatement. They have tons of different styles to choose from, but I've been loving this t-shirt in particular. It's super easy to layer and perfectly oversized for leggings. If you know you know."—Jamie Weissman, associate commerce editor

Aviator Nation Bolt Graphic Hoodie

"If you're into casual-chic, California-cool, retro awesomeness, this brand is for you. I love the styles, and the material is so soft. I've been living in my lightning bolt hoodie during the pandemic and the sweatpants are also great. Plus, everything is made in the US, which is nice." — Mélanie Berliet, general manager and senior vice president
