If you have an appetite for luxury items but don’t necessarily love those high-end price tags, you’re in luck—the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is finally here. From June 28 to August 8, shop the retailer’s biggest and best sale of the year. You can save some serious money on beauty products and apparel—but it’s also a great time to breathe some new life into your home.

“The Nordstrom sale is an opportunity to get discounts on high-end items that don’t normally drop in price,” said Cody Elderkin, founder, and designer of Kin Home Design. That includes home decor, bedding, kitchen tools, and even baby essentials.

What is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?

Once a year, Nordstrom celebrates its anniversary and offers huge discounts on both new arrivals and fan-favorite essentials in every category. The savings are even bigger than Nordstrom’s Half Yearly Sale, and there are added perks for Nordy Club members and Nordstrom cardholders, too.

When is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?

The sale opens to everyone on July 28, 2021 at 3 a.m. ET. (You can peruse the online selection the second the sale starts, or you can shop in-store during regular hours.)

Everyone can preview Nordstrom sale items starting July 6, but if you’re a Nordstrom cardmember or Nordy Club member, you get early access to deals beginning on July 12 until July 27. (And as your card status increases, so does your shopping time.)

Do I have to be a Nordstrom Rewards Member to Shop?

Anyone can shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, with or without a rewards membership or cardholder status. However, insiders do get extra perks like early access, and becoming a Nordy Member is free and easy.

What is Usually on Sale during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?

In addition to clothing, cosmetics, and kitchen goods—you can save big on all of your favorite home decor items—so keep an eye out for the things you love and need. “I always check out the luxury candle selection,” said Elderkin. “It’s a great way to stock up on your favorite scents. I also like to peruse the bedding, [since] higher quality bedding is an absolute must!”
